Natalie is a Managing Associate who specialises in both employment and immigration law. She advises on a broad range of employment and immigration law issues, including TUPE transfers, redundancies, investigations, employment tribunal litigation and the sponsorship of migrant workers by UK employers. She also regularly advises on data protection issues relating to employees, including data subject access requests and the collection and storage of employee data. 

Natalie's recent experience includes:

• advising a currency exchange provider in relation to a TUPE transfer and collective redundancy exercise pursuant to one of their group companies being placed into administration;
• carrying out investigations and producing reports for clients in the financial and charity sectors;
• coordinating and producing responses to multiple data subject access requests for an international bank; and
• asssisting a national media company with the management of their sponsor licence and the sponsorship of migrant workers.
