Expertise

Zoe is head of the Real Estate Finance practice at Addleshaw Goddard. She advises lenders and borrowers on real estate finance transactions, with expertise in investment and development finance and across sectors such as the living sector (hotels and leisure, PRS, PBSA), offices, retail and industrial. Zoe's practice includes advising on both domestic and cross-border transactions, spanning senior, mezzanine and whole loans, loan participations, restructurings and loan transfers. Zoe's client base spans the capital stack and she advises banks, debt funds, insurers, family offices, developers and investors, amongst others.

Zoe is ranked as a 'Next Generation Partner' for 'Property Finance' in the 2023 edition of Legal 500. Zoe is a regular speaker at industry events.
