Alec is an associate in the Transactional Real Estate team based in London, having joined the firm in September 2020. His time at the firm has included a secondment to the Middle East.

Alec advises on a broad range of transactions, with a focus on investment and development.

Alec's recent experience includes:

• Acting for Royal London on the acquisition and funding of numerous later living assets.
• Acting for Aviva, in multiple asset classes, including the delivery of student accommodation and the acquisition of hospitality investments. 
• Advising on structured ground rent transactions for both institutional investors and borrowers across multiple asset classes. 
• Acting for Balfour Beatty Homes on the development of new build family housing throughout England.
• Advising Realty Income Corporation on the acquisition of a number of out of town retail parks.
• Acting for an international asset manager on a circa £100m Green Energy Income Strip Lease.
