Katherine has experience of advising and supporting clients across a variety of sectors in relation to a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management, restructuring and redundancy, post-termination restrictive covenants, TUPE and the drafting and negotiation of settlement agreements. Katherine also supports employer clients in defending Employment Tribunal claims. Katherine provides employment support on corporate transactions and advises on all day-to-day HR matters.
