Expertise

Tristan is an Associate in AG's corporate and M&A team in Muscat, Oman. He obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of New South Wales in 2015 and was admitted as a lawyer in Australia in 2016.

Tristan has worked on commercial transactions in Europe, Australia and the Middle East.  Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, he specialised in cross-border transactions at a leading international law firm in Prague, Czech Republic.  Tristan has experience advising private equity and venture capital clients, and has worked on deals in the tech, energy (including renewable), pharmaceutical and finance sectors, among others. He has also worked extensively with insurers on the placement of warranty and indemnity insurance in the context of M&A transactions.

Since joining Addleshaw Goddard, Tristan has expanded his transactional experience to include advising sovereign wealth funds on investments in Oman, working with high-net-worth family offices on various acquisitions and disposals in the GCC region, and advising multi-national companies in respect of green-hydrogen investments in Oman.
