Dave is a Managing Associate in the corporate team advising national and regional corporates, financial institutions and private equity houses on acquisitions, disposals and other corporate transactions. Dave has particular experience in all aspects of private equity transactions, as well as significant sector experience in food & drink, industrials and manufacturing. 

His experience to date has included:

• Advising Alinda Capital on its investment in the Glide Group
• Advising Elysian Capital on its investments in SCX Special Projects and Fastflow Group
• Aadvising CBPE and management on its disposal of Allied Glass to Sun Capital Partners
• Advising Samworth Brothers on its acquisition of a sandwich business from 2Sisters Food Group, and its disposal of a desserts business (known as Blueberry Foods) to Bakkavor 
• Advising LDC on its investment in NBS alongside The Royal Institute of British Architects and members of the management team
• Advising William Jackson Food Group on the disposal of Aunt Bessies Limited and its acquisition of Wellocks & Sons Limited
• Advising Muller UK & Ireland Group LLP on its acquisition of the liquid milk business of Dairy Crest plc
