Joel is an associate in our Corporate team and advises on all aspects of corporate transactions including transactional work in the real estate sector. He has experience advising individual shareholders, private equity houses on competitive processes and private companies engaged in M&A transactions.

Joel’s experience includes:

• Acting for Royal London Asset Management whilst on secondment in their legal team including its £265m natural capital joint venture with South Yorkshire Pension Fund, various matters relating to the Residential and Healthcare funds and other in-house matters with stakeholders across the business
• Buyout of Nexus Vehicle Solutions for Equistone
• Sale of Talos360 to LDC
• Various acquisitions of accountancy practices for Cooper Parry LLP following investment by Waterland Private Equity including their landmark deal with Haines Watts
