Lucy joined the Employment team on qualification in 2018 and advises on a breadth of employment law matters, including: 

• Advising a listed business on a large scale reorganisation / restructuring programme, including TUPE transfers and collective redundancy consultation processes. 
• Advising a listed business on their relationship with their European Works Council and, in particular, defending complaints made by the European Works Council to the Central Arbitration Committee. 
• Advising on unfair dismissal and discrimination employment tribunal claims. 
• Advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
