Katie has a wide range of experience in real estate finance transactions acting for domestic and international lenders, institutional investors and local government, ensuring sites are fundable for both development and investment finance transactions within the real estate sphere, including student accommodation, residential, retail and logistics.
Katie has acted for numerous funders in the sector including Barclays Bank plc, Santander plc, The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, HSBC Bank plc, Lloyds Banking Group, Aberdeen Standard Investments, Bank Leumi and OakNorth Bank plc
