EXPERTISE
Saarla is an Associate (Australian qualified) in the Tax & Structuring team based in London. She has a broad practice including advising on the tax implications of corporate restructures and mergers and acquisitions (involving both UK and cross-border deals), predominantly with a real estate and infrastructure focus, along with providing more general tax advice to a broad range of clients. Before joining AG, she spent over 5 years in Big4 tax teams both in the UK and Australia.
