Tanim is skilled across a wide range of structured finance products, including borrowing base facilities, forward flow arrangements, private securitisations and fund financings. He also has recent experience acting on a number of CLO transactions, advising on both the arranger and manager side.

Recent experience includes:
- Acting for NatWest in relation to an auto loans asset backed financing for Carmoola
- Acting for Arrow / Maslow in respect of real estate loan asset backed financings involving Luxembourg fund structures structured as securitisations opposite various lenders
- Acting for Aviva in respect of real estate asset backed financings involving English fund structures
Recent experience at prior firms includes:
- Acting for the lender in respect of the amendment, restatement and upsize of a NAV facility for a financial firm specialised in factoring assets (structured as a securitisation) to bring in another lender
- Acting for the lender in relation to a financing of a portfolio of commercial loans for an asset manager
- Acting for the sponsor in relation to a TRS fund financing of broadly syndicated loans and bonds by an investment bank
- Acting for lenders in relation to fund financing transactions structured as securitisations of underlying middle market loans
