Alex is a Managing Associate in the commercial disputes team, where he qualified in September 2019 after training with the firm.  He has experience advising on a range of complex commercial disputes, including multi-jurisdictional claims for breach of contract, applications for urgent injunctive relief and litigation funding.

Alex is a member of our Business Protection and Corporate Disputes practices.

Recent experience includes:

• advising an Mauritian trust in a multi-jurisdictional dispute in relation to the value of shares held in a BVI entity including obtaining litigation funding
• advising high net worth individuals in a long running professional negligence claim
• advising the successful defendants of a claim in the High Court, in navigating complex costs matters and negotiations with the paying parties.
