Andana is an experienced Managing Associate who has significant expertise in advising clients on technology and telecommunications projects and in managing and

delivering project-based legal support. She also regularly advises MNOs and retailers on UK telecommunications regulations and mobile services agreements, master services agreements and business outsourcings.

Andana's recent experience includes:

• advising Smart DCC Limited in respect of the procurement of forward logistics services relating to the design, build, implementation and operation of the Communication Hubs aspects of its Network Evolution Programme;
• advising Smart DCC Limited in respect of the procurement relating to the design, build, implementation and operation of the Communication Hubs and Networks
• aspects of its Network Evolution Programme, which included reviewing bids against evaluation criteria, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the relevant contracts with the final 4 contractors;
• advising a European MNO on UK regulatory regime for IoT mobile communications;
• advising a UK retailer on the operation of its MVNO business, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating their MVNO agreement with Vodafone;
• advising BT on their master services agreements for licensing out their rooftops and high towers masts;
• was on secondment with BT working with their products team to carry out due diligence and launch new business products.
