Boris is a partner in the Berlin office and leads AG´s energy law practice in Germany. He is an attorney at law, a mediator and an arbitrator and has more than 25 years of experience as an attorney. 

Boris has extensive experience in the power and natural gas markets (esp. generation, renewables and trading) and advises also in the field of district heating. Boris advises at all respective market levels, esp. in the field of German and European energy-, energy regulatory- and cartel law. His professional experience encompasses the strategic and legal advice as well as expert opinions. Negotiations in complex matters are his daily business. He leads also the energy litigation and arbitration team.

His clients are German and international utilities and municipalities, industrial and mid-sized companies, network operators, trading companies, generators and German government bodies.
