Jad regularly advises multinational and domestic clients on corporate, Saudi regulatory, capital markets, customs and products regulatory requirements, labour and employment law.

Jad is a Lebanon law-qualified lawyer. Jad speaks English, Arabic and French with native fluency, and is able to negotiate and draft legal documents in all three languages.
