Expertise

Natalia is a Managing Associate in Addleshaw Goddard's M&A/Corporate group in Germany. She advises corporate clients, strategic and financial investors and financial institutions on national and cross-border M&A transactions as well as corporate and capital markets law issues.

She is fluent in German, English and Russian, and has also experience in the in-house consulting of a large German automotive group.

  • Advising Metzo, the aviation and rail business of The Vita Group, on the successful acquisition of Paustian Airtex, a leading specialist in leather and textile products for the aviation industry.
  • Advising RIW Dienstleistungs-GmbH in connection with the carve-out and subsequent sale of its subsidiary promedi Personalmanagement GmbH to the Munich-based private equity fund Lenbach Equity Opportunities II GmbH & Co KG, exclusively advised and managed by the investment company DUBAG.
  • Advising the listed computer game developer Team 17 on the acquisition of astragon Entertainment GmbH, Düsseldorf, specialising in simulation games. Addleshaw Goddard advising on both the acquisition of shares and the placement of new shares on the London Stock Exchange to finance the purchase price.
  • Advising the owners of Alfmeier Präzision SE on the sale of the automotive division to the US company Gentherm Inc. listed on the NASDAQ.
  • Advising previous owners of the Juers Pharma Import Export GmbH (Alm family) on sale of their business to German Pharma Wholesale group, a leading, internationally active special pharma wholesaler with focus on import of medical products to Germany. 
  • Advising private equity fund Inflexion on acquisition of the Kleffmann Group specialising in market research for agricultural products through a British market research company Kynetec Germany GmbH.
  • Advising global Spectris Group on the acquisition of all shares in the German Imtec GmbH by the German group subsidiary VI-grade. The seller is the founder of Imtec, who will remain managing director after the acquisition.
  • Advising Midoco founders as well as other managers of the Travel Tech Group Midoco, Germany's leading provider of Midoffice-software solutions for the travel industry, in connection with the acquisition of a majority share by the technology investor LEA Partners, Karlsruhe, from a holding company AFINUM.
  • Advising a global investment banking and security trading company on the investment into a digital platform for banks and asset managers.
  • Advising an investment holding company on the acquisition of a majority interest in a German shipbuilding company.
  • Advising two private equity investors on the acquisition of a German municipal mortgage bank from a French bank.
  • Advising a leading processing service provider in the area of cashless payment on the planned merger with one of the largest payment service providers in Germany.
Education

Natalia studied at the Universities of Giessen and Jena. She was admitted to the bar in 2018 and was awarded Ph.D. in 2019. Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard as an Associate, Natalia worked as a legal assistant and later Associate in the Frankfurt offices of two renowned international law firms. She successfully passed the notarial examination in August 2024.
