Ntando is a Managing Associate in our Finance practice. He specialises in domestic and cross-border finance transactions including corporate debt, leveraged finance and real estate finance. He regularly advises banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on financing transactions across Europe, Africa and the USA. 

Ntando has completed a number of secondments to leading banks in London. He is qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales, and as an Attorney in South Africa.
