Expertise
Sarah is an associate in the contentious intellectual property team based in London. She advises on dispute resolution and the enforcement of intellectual property rights, as well as commercial and contractual disputes with an IP angle, in both pre-action and issued claims. She works collaboratively with clients, predominantly FMCG brands and others in the retail and consumer sector, to devise a strategy for bringing and responding to claims in line with their brand objectives.
Sarah specialises in litigation and regularly acts on cases in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, High Court, and Court of Appeal, on both the Claimant and Defendant side, including having worked on some of the most significant recent authorities in trade mark and registered design law.
Sarah also has experience in competition disputes including litigation in the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
