Stephanie advises on a range of commercial matters including IT contracts, outsourcing agreements and technology projects. She regularly assists UK government departments and local government with projects.

Her recent experience includes:

• Advising a Central Government Department on the procurement for a cloud-based ERP solution. 
• Advising a local government passenger transport executive on numerous smart ticketing related procurements.
• Advising a health company wholly owned by DHSC on an outsourcing for genomic sequencing services.
• Assisting CCS on the establishment of an IT related framework. 
• Advising on and negotiating a range of outsourcing and IT contracts for financial services clients. 
• Advising and negotiating on an IT contract for the integration of a finance system for a FTSE 100 real estate company.
