Andrew qualified into the Commercial team in September 2016 after completing his training contract with the firm. Andrew acts on a wide range of commercial contracts, including IT outsourcing deals. Andrew also spent nine months on secondment at a FTSE 100 company, advising on a broad range of commercial and IT matters.

Andrew's recent experience includes:

Advising a FTSE 100 company on several master services agreements for global IT / technology outsourcing services

Advising a leading global business on retailer agreements for the sale and promotion of goods at international airports, including force majeure / COVID-19 issues 

Supporting a FTSE 100 company on the acquisition and implementation of an end-to-end supply line track and trace solution

Advising several major financial institutions on the implementation of PaaS and SaaS solutions, including EBA Guidelines compliance

Advising a leading global retailer on acquirer contracts in connection with its in-store electronic point of sale system

Advising a global business on the overhaul of its full suite of online gaming terms and conditions

Supporting a leading international business in connection with a global IT hardware leasing and support arrangement  

Supporting on the commercial contracts due diligence and other commercial elements of various M&A transactions, including the acquisition of a payments platform developer and various businesses in the retailer and consumer sector
