Andrew is a Partner in our Real Estate department and has a broad range of experience and expertise in all aspects of real estate but with a particular focus on the sale and purchase of significant investment property and large scale portfolios, investment and property management and acting for national occupiers throughout a range of sectors.

With a reputation of delivering technically excellent advice and a first class service coupled with a determination to get the job done and "go the extra mile" Andrew leads large property teams for several of our major institutional and corporate occupier clients and on corporate transactions with a substantial property element.

• Acting for Travelodge Hotels Limited for over a decade in relation to the development and acquisition of over 100 of their hotels.
• Acting for a large institutional investor for over a decade on numerous significant acquisitions, disposals, developments and lettings.
• Acting for both buyers and sellers on numerous large scale portfolio transactions (both share sales and asset sales).
• Acting for various clients on the Refinancing of their property portfolio.
• Acting for a large office owner operator on the acquisition, development and disposal of numerous properties.
