Catherine is a London- based Partner in the Real Estate Team and the Head of the firm's Living sector.
Catherine advises on a broad range of real estate transactions for privately owned development companies/entrepreneurs to PLCs and household names acting for developers, investors funders and end users on complex mixed-use developments.
She has particular experience acting for all stakeholders in residential development schemes and is an expert in structuring and delivering forward funding transactions.

- Acting for major investors forward funding BTR schemes across the UK.
- Acting for various developers on major regeneration projects in London.
- Acting for a vertically integrated Developer Contractor on their acquisition pipeline, JVs and forward funding transactions.
- Acting for the lender on an innovative refinance of a portfolio of properties owned and operated by "best in class" Integrated Retirement Community operator
- Acting for a well-known Student Accommodation developer and operator on their diversification into Later Living and their acquisition of their first site.
- Acting for an established budget hotel operator for over 15 years on their development pipeline.
- Acting for a Net Zero Carbon Hotel chain on their expansion in the UK by way of Joint Venture, TOGC, and traditional property acquisitions.
