Elizabeth is a Partner specialising in asset finance and leasing matters, including operating and finance leasing, receivables finance, debt finance, vendor finance, buying and selling lease books and structuring and tax issues. Elizabeth acts for both financial institutions and borrower clients. Elizabeth's recent experience includes acting for:

• The Hut Group Limited in respect of their corporate facilities amounting to over $1bn
• HSBC UK Bank plc, Barclays Bank PLC, The Governor and Company of Bank of Ireland and Royal Bank of Canada in respect of £220m facilities provided to various subsidiaries of Warehouse REIT Plc
• Lloyds Bank plc in respect of their facilities to Hotel Chocolat Group plc
• Bruntwood in respect of its various facilities for investment and development purposes
• A prominent US aerospace corporation in respect of the financing of certain aircraft equipment

Elizabeth has also undertaken the following client secondments:

• HSBC UK Bank plc's Commercial Banking Real Estate due diligence and transaction execution team and
• Santander UK plc's leveraged finance team.
