Major fast food restaurant
We act as an extension of the in-house advertising and marketing team for a major fast food retailer. We currently advise on our client's on-going app offers and copy clearance approvals for newsletters and push notifications covering prize draws, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Worldwide media agency
We advised on a media buying agreement with a worldwide media agency for the provision of media buying planning advice and purchase of media space for media campaigns (including Statements of Work for the UK, ROI, and Germany).
FTSE 100 FMCG company
We advised a FTSE 100 FMCG company on a global Media Buying Agreement with a content and communications agency for their digital media buying and strategy, in addition to providing support with their advertising its marketing toolkits.
UK spectacles and contact lens provider
We advised on national promotional campaigns for a UK spectacles and contact lens provider (including in relation to its pricing practices), in addition to advising our client in relation to their care plan.
High street clothing and merchandise retailer
We act as an extension of the in-house legal team for a multinational off-price department store advising on CSR and charity-linked promotions. We provide advice covering charity law, general commercial contracts, intellectual property issues and advertising and marketing compliance.
UK leading healthcare organisations
We provided support to the customer-facing and market-facing group of companies for one of the UK's leading healthcare organisations. We have provided support with their advertising of weight loss products and sector specific guidance and continue to provide the customer-facing group member with support on ASA complaints.
