EXPERTISE 

Eoghan is a Partner and Head of the EU, Competition & Procurement group in Ireland. He provides advice on all aspects of Irish and EU competition law including cartel investigations and dawn raids, merger control, abuse of a dominant position, anti-competitive agreements and EU state aid law. Eoghan also advises in relation to Irish FDI Screening and the Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR), public procurement law, telecoms law and regulatory law. Eoghan was previously an in-house solicitor in the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC).

  • A client relating to an internal competition audit.
  • A client relating to the application of Irish FDI Screening and FSR rules.
